The Cabinet Room (meeting room) is where regular cabinet meetings took place every Thursday morning between President Nguyễn Văn Thiệu and his senior members.

The Cabinet Room takes green as its main color because green will create a feeling of comfort, reduce stress for members during long meetings. In addition, another special feature of the room is that the shape of the meeting table is oval with the meaning of creating a close atmosphere and increasing understanding between the members of the cabinet with each other.
