The Imperial Garden
The Imperial Garden spans approximately 12,000 square meters and serves as a serene retreat adorned with ancient trees, rare flora, and meticulously designed landscapes. The garden features over 160 species of centuries-old trees, with the Consort Pine being up to 400 years old. Interspersed throughout are pavilions, towers, and terraces where the emperor could relax, read, and compose poetry. As the private sanctuary for the imperial family, the Imperial Garden exemplifies traditional Chinese garden design, harmoniously blending architecture and nature.
