Introduction to the War Remnant Museum
The War Remnants Museum was established on September 4, 1975, after the liberation of South Vietnam, under the name "Exhibition House of US-Ngụy (i.e puppet) Crimes". On November 10, 1990, it was renamed "Exhibition House of War Crimes" and later became the War Remnants Museum.
The War Remnants Museum is a specialized museum that researches, collects, stores, preserves and exhibits documents, images, and artifacts about the vestiges of crimes and the consequences of the Vietnam War that have been inflicted on the country.
